This website is run by Ekaiva (Bhayander West, Mira Bhayander, Maharashtra, India). This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic and your message. We use them only to reply to you.

The form is delivered by a third-party service (formsubmit.co), which passes your message to our email inbox.

Cookies and similar technology

The site remembers in your browser session that the welcome animation has played, so it does not repeat on every page, and it stores your WhatsApp order basket in your browser. If website analytics are switched on, an analytics service may use cookies to count visits. We do not run advertising on this site.

Orders

This website does not take payments. Purchases are made on Swiggy Instamart (or other platforms we link to), which have their own privacy policies.

If WhatsApp ordering is switched on, the products you choose are kept in your own browser so your order is still there on your next page. When you press “Send order on WhatsApp”, your name, address, phone (if entered) and note are written into a WhatsApp message on your device, and WhatsApp opens so you can send it to us. We receive only what you send. The name, phone and address you type may be remembered in your browser for next time; you can clear them by clearing your browser data. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the messages we hold from you by writing to us through the contact page.
